Mix equal amounts of baking soda and castor oil to make a paste which you need to apply onto the tag and cover it with a bandage. You can keep the mixture into the fridge for 48 hours. Apply the paste 3 times per day.

3rd method

Soak one cotton ball in water and drop several drops of tea tree oil and then apply it onto the tag and attach it with a bandage. Repeat the procedure three times per month.
